3月15日，由洛阳港信玻璃技术有限公司研发制造的第四代高应力、高硼硅4.0双室防火钢化炉在武汉晶顺科技开发有限公司正式投产。
On March 15th,the 4th generation of high stress,high borosilicate 4.0 double chamber fireproof tempering furnace,developed and manufactured by Luoyang Gangxin Glass Technology Co.,Ltd.was officially put into operation in Wuhan Jingshun Science and Technology Development Co.,Ltd.
据了解，厚度越薄的玻璃，其钢化难度越大，而目前市面上能钢化的高应力防火玻璃最薄是5mm，高硼硅玻璃最薄则为6mm。除了玻璃本身的厚度，高应力防火玻璃的钢化还受限于钢化设备的宽度，设备越宽，生产高应力防火玻璃的难度越大，因此市面上普遍都是2米宽的设备。

据悉，该防火钢化炉是港信为晶顺科技提供的第二台防火钢化炉，该设备加工范围广，除了可钢化高应力防火玻璃和高硼硅4.0防火玻璃，还可钢化高品质建筑门窗幕墙钢化玻璃以及单银双银Low-E玻璃。独创的风机组合方式，在生产防火玻璃和普通玻璃时，可自由组合切换，把均摊至每平方玻璃的能耗降至最低，实现了一机三用之功效。
